Privacy Policy — Invoice Puller

What this application is

Invoice Puller is a private application that runs on a single personal computer and is used solely by its owner, Adi Avraham. Its only purpose is to collect invoices received in the owner's own email accounts for bookkeeping. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What data it accesses

The application requests read-only access to the owner's own Gmail accounts (gmail.readonly). It reads messages within a manually selected date range in order to identify attachments that appear to be invoices.

What it does with the data

It downloads the relevant attachments to a local folder on the same computer and generates preview images for them. That is all.

What it does not do

• It does not transmit data to any external server. All processing is local.
• It does not share data with any third party.
• It does not use data for advertising, profiling, sale, or model training.
• It cannot modify, delete, or send mail — access is read-only.
• It collects no data about other users. There are no other users.

Limited Use

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Files are stored in a local folder and are deleted when that folder is deleted. No copy is kept anywhere else. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
